All transactions debited for all reservations will be under HOST LA or XS Vacation.

Check in at the property is available strictly from 15:00 until 19:00. Any later check-in must be arranged prior to the day of arrival with the owner. The owner is not be responsible for check-ins after 19:00 if not previously agreed upon.

Once the booking is made, the owner will reach out with payment instructions and a rental agreement. Once the rental agreement and copy of the photo identification and credit card used to secure your stay is confirmed, the exact address will be provided, along with check-in instructions and security codes. Proper documentation must be received within 48-hours of booking, or prior to the day of arrival.

Please note: A security deposit of USD 250 will be charged upon booking. This deposit is fully refundable 48 hours after check out and is subject to damage inspection from the property.

For International guests: After securely inputting your credit card information via PayPal or bank transfer, inform your credit card provider to authorize international transactions in order for your payment to go through.

For any additional questions please contact the property owner. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Deluxe Loft Long Beach in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of USD 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
